In the event of a cancellation by AMADOR, you will receive a refund corresponding to the value of the product through the same payment method used. Applicable taxes are non-refundable, as they are part of external fiscal obligations beyond the commercial transaction.
Shipping
Currently, AMADOR ships within the United States. International destinations will be added in the future.
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery time is between 3 and 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor its status in real time.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within the established timeframe, provided the product remains unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Once a return is received and approved, the refund for the product value is typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Taxes applied at purchase are non-refundable.
